Are you interested in having a private shopping experience with a dedicated Budtender? Curate your own Rooted In experience by booking a VIP shopping session (60 minutes) at Rooted In.

We can help you skip the crowd, gain privacy and receive expert advice on the cannabis products that are right for you. Shop exclusive menus in Rooted In’s private VIP Lounge. Bring your best buds (6 or less) or go solo and treat yourself to some good vibes.

VIP Bookings are available from 11:30 AM – 9:45 PM every Thursday – Sunday. Last booking is 9:45 PM.

To secure your VIP booking a $25 deposit is required to secure your reservation made through JanePay.

Must be 21+ to book. Bookings must be made 72 hours in advance of your desired booking date. Please note there is NO cannabis consumption on premise during your booking.

what to know before you book

Your VIP booking is just a click away! Here are a few things to keep in mind to make your booking as smooth as possible.

Reservation Fee to Secure Your Booking

To secure your VIP booking a $25 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This is made through Jane Account and JanePay. This deposit can be credited back as a gift voucher to use towards your VIP booking*.

*Total spend in the VIP Room must be a minimum of $250 or each person must reach their full allotment of 28 grams in product, whichever comes first, for the $25 gift voucher to be credited.

If you DO NOT attend the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event you are unable to make your booking you are able to reschedule once the deposit is made. Just reach out to your VIP liaison or info@rootedinroxbury.com to reschedule.

Set-Up Your Jane Account and Connect JanePay

Create an account on Jane and connect JanePay to your account. You can create an account by clicking the “Sign In” button and selecting “Create and Account”. If you already have a Jane Account you can just log-in and make sure you have JanePay set up on your account.

Personal Phone Call Booking Confirmation From Our VIP Liaisons

Once you submit your VIP Experience request, you will receive a phone call from one of our VIP Liaisons to confirm your booking and answer any questions. Here we can go over any questions, help set up your JanePay account, and confirm your VIP experience preferences.
